Commercial Roofing & General Contracting · Seminole, Oklahoma
Commercial roofing that starts with a diagnosis, not a sales pitch.
Badger Construction Services repairs, maintains, and replaces commercial and industrial roofs across Oklahoma — and holds the contract for the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and grounds work that comes with them. Every recommendation arrives with photographs, a written cause, and both numbers: repair and replace.

Emergency Response
24/7Active leaks on occupied buildings
Warranty coverage on a commercial roof depends on the installer being approved by the manufacturer and the assembly being installed exactly as specified. We hold approvals across multiple systems so the roof can be chosen for your building instead of for our supply agreement.
Commercial roofing
Three ways this usually starts
Most of our work is on buildings that already exist — a leak that will not stop, a roof approaching the end of its life, or a portfolio nobody has documented in years.

Service & Repair
Leak diagnosis, flashing and membrane repair, storm damage documentation, and 24/7 emergency dry-in on occupied buildings. We find the source and write it down before anyone talks about replacement.
Repair services
Reroofing & Replacement
Roof condition assessments, capital budget numbers you can defend, and manufacturer-approved TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, and restoration systems installed to warranty.
Reroofing & capital work
Maintenance Agreements
Semi-annual inspections, drain clearing, included minor repairs, the warranty compliance record, and an annual roof asset report with a recommended replacement year.

The five divisions
Every trade that touches the building envelope, the mechanicals, and the grounds
Roofing is the front of the business. It is rarely the whole scope. Each division carries its own NAICS code, its own licensed tradespeople, and its own name in the Badger family — and all five sit under one contract, one schedule, and one safety program.

View divisionThe operating model
Badger holds the contract. The family executes the work.
Most small trade contractors are excellent at their craft and buried by everything else — estimating, submittals, safety plans, certified payroll, invoicing, collections. Badger takes all of that on so the crews can stay on the tools.
Badger Construction Services
Prime contractor & construction manager — holds the contract
Estimating & bid assembly · project management · superintendent · SSHO / site safety & health · bonding & insurance · submittals & RFIs · scheduling · bookkeeping · invoicing & pay applications · certified payroll · closeout & warranty administration
Badger wins and holds the contract
We identify the opportunity, assemble the estimate, furnish the bond, and sign as prime contractor or construction manager. The customer has one contract, one point of accountability, and one invoice.
The right division is assigned
Scope is broken out across the five trade divisions. Where a division is staffed by an owner-operated partner company, that company brings its own crews, trucks, licenses, and trade reputation.
Badger runs the job; the trades run the work
Our project manager, superintendent, and SSHO handle scheduling, safety, submittals, inspections, and documentation. Partner crews focus entirely on installing the work correctly.
One team, expanding scope
Because five trades sit under one contract, a roof replacement can pick up the rooftop unit, the electrical disconnect, the interior repairs, and the grounds restoration — without the customer bidding four more contracts.

Note for the owner: the project pins are placeholder city markers. Send your real project list — city, trade, and year — and they will be plotted exactly.
Have a leaking roof, a capital plan to build, or a bid package?
Send the address, the drawings, or just a photo of the stain on the ceiling. You will get a documented scope and a real number — not a pressure pitch.
