TPO & PVC single-ply
Mechanically attached, induction-welded, and fully adhered thermoplastic membranes. The default choice for warehouse, retail, and institutional low-slope decks where reflectivity and hot-air-welded seams matter.
EPDM
Ballasted, mechanically attached, and fully adhered black or white EPDM in 45, 60, and 90 mil. Long field history and forgiving of foot traffic and thermal cycling.
Modified bitumen & built-up
Two- and three-ply SBS and APP modified bitumen systems — torch, hot asphalt, cold adhesive, and self-adhered. Preferred where redundancy and puncture resistance outweigh reflectivity.
Fluid-applied restoration
Silicone, acrylic, and urethane coating systems over prepared existing membranes and metal, with reinforced detail work at all penetrations, seams, and curbs.
Architectural & structural metal
